  4. How do I request an invoice or receipt of purchase?

We have a couple of important questions we need answered first so we can make sure the invoice and the account is setup properly.  Please email us your company name and email address, your subscription needs and the name of the Account Administrator.  If you are missing the purchase receipt, first check your spam folder in case it was filtered out. Otherwise contact us and let us know what receipt you are missing.  We’ll get back to you within a few short hours.
